The HY93SS, a high-performance lithium-ion battery,is the standard battery for Suzuki's street bikes, the GSX-8T and GSX-8TT, as well as Suzuki's supersport bikes, the GSX-R1000 and GSX-R1000R.
The high-capacity model HY110SS is the standard battery for  Suzuki's flagship motorcycle, the Ultimate Sport Hayabusa.
Both models deliver stable starting performance even at temperatures as low as -10°C and achieve a high level of safety through their cell protection function that uses a proprietary electrolyte.

Typical lithium-ion batteries tend to experience marked voltage drops at low-temperatures, resulting in a noticeable decrease in starting performance.
The HY battEliiy P Series overcomes this issue through proprietary technology, delivering stable starting performance even at -10℃/14℉. 
While lead-acid batteries are generally superior to typical lithium-ion batteries in cold conditions, the HY battEliiy P Series demonstrates even better cold-start performance.
Riders can enjoy smooth starts in cold regions or during winter touring, without the need for troublesome procedures *.
*For example:repeatedly turning the motorcycle's ignition switch on and off, or leaving the headlights on for an extended period.

No Maintenance—Just Focus on Riding

The HY battEliiy P Series features exceptionally low self-discharge, making it highly resistant to battery depletion even during long-term storage. In most cases, supplementary charging is not required*.
The HY battEliiy P Series requires much less maintenance than lead-acid batteries.
* Depending on the vehicle’s standby power consumption after the ignition is turned off, occasional charging may be necessary.
The HY93SS and HY110SS are equipped with a replaceable fuse.
Even in the event of an overcurrent, there is no need to replace the battery.
Nomal operation can be restored simply replacing the fuse.

“SyncCell”—A Safe, BMU-less Design

A Battery Management Unit (BMU) typically monitors and controls batteries, preventing overcharging and over‑discharging while maintaining cell‑to‑cell voltage balance.  
However, the HY93SS and HY110SS are designed to operate without a BMU.  
Our proprietary “SyncCell” approach—which uses our Self‑Syncing Electrolyte Technology—enables each cell to self‑regulate and remain synchronized at the optimal voltage, even when imbalance occurs.
In the event of overvoltage, a cell automatically increases its internal resistance to interrupt current flow.
